Avenatti client: Kavanaugh was present at my gang rape

President Donald Trump took aim at Michael Avenatti on Wednesday, after the lawyer revealed his client accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. She first details what she says was Kavanaugh's excessive drinking and inappropriate conduct, which she says included "grinding" against girls and "making crude sexual comments to them".

Attorney Michael Avenatti tweeted four pages of a declaration from Julie Swetnick of Washington, D.C., who said she holds four active clearances with the federal government, and who asked for privacy and no followup media interviews.

She claims to have witnessed Mark Judge and Judge Kavanaugh being excessively drunk, aggressive with girls, and attempting to "spike" the drinks in order to have girls "lose their inhibitions and their ability to say 'no'".

Doc said, "Avenatti has thrust himself into the Brett Kavanaugh debate with another woman who's accusing Brett Kavanaugh".

A spokesman for Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee said they were reviewing the affidavit. In the message, the attorney said he claimed to have evidence that Kavanaugh and Judge participated in the "targeting" of women at house parties with "alcohol/drugs".

No-Rapey-SCOTUS Talking Points: Swetnick describes a high school culture that has been backed up by numerous people over the past two weeks. "I don't know who this is and this never happened". She alleged Kavanaugh and his friends "spiked" the drinks of girls at house parties.

Liverpool: Alisson, Robertson, van Dijk, Matip, Alexander-Arnold, Henderson (C), Wijnaldum, Mane, Salah, Shaqiri and Firmino. Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has kicked a ball for the first time after knee surgery last April.

Swetnick says that she is "aware of other witnesses" who can back up her story.

Avenatti is playing this smart, however, by allowing the public to hear from this victim without going through the Senate Judiciary Committee to do so.

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh testifies during the third day of his confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill in Washington, U.S., September 6, 2018.

Avenatti called for an FBI investigation into Swetnick's allegations. "Somebody yelled down the hall, 'Brett Kavanaugh just put his penis in Debbie's face, '" she said.

Kavanaugh has denied both Ramirez and Ford's allegations. Ramirez's claims, which were reported in the New Yorker, date to her time as an undergraduate at Yale University, when Kavanaugh allegedly assaulted her at a party in a college dorm.
