  • Fell asleep’ Trump unimpressed as Obama makes 1st public attack on his policies in midterm speech

Launching an unprecedented attack on Trump and his policies, Obama said: "It did not start with Donald Trump. He is a symptom, not the cause", Obama said.

Pirro said that Trump's election was Obama's fault. "It's radical. It's a vision that says the protection of our power and those who back us is all that matters even if it hurts the country", he said.

"Don't tell me your vote doesn't matter", he said in IL.

We want to know what was the naughtiest thing your dogs have every done in the White House?

"If it does happen, it's your fault, because you didn't go out to vote. OK?"

Responding to Obama's address, Trump said he had fallen asleep listening to it. "I found he's very good, very good for sleeping".

Fox & Friends Weekend host Pete Hegseth, who interviewed President Donald Trump two days ago, declared this morning that former President Barack Obama has "Trump Derangement Syndrome".

Republicans shrugged off Obama's criticism. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., tweeted.

Obama avoided direct jabs at Donald Trump, sidestepping mentioning the president by name.

Pence says Obama rolled out "the same exhausted arguments that he and liberals have made over the last eight years". "Doubling down on that strategy won't work in 2018 either".

Obama, who has already issued a list of 81 endorsements, is expected to issue a second round of them ahead of the midterms.

A big leak might've just confirmed key details about Apple's iPhone Xs
The company faced development challenges, but plans to launch it as soon as this month, Bloomberg News reported earlier this year. The flat white oval charges the iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods at the same time without having to plug them in.

"They're undermining our alliances, cosying up to Russian Federation. What happened?" Obama asked.

Obama also criticized recent Republican policy moves such as the $1.5 trillion in tax cuts that ballooned the nation's budget deficit, but which party leaders hoped would be a winning issue during midterm campaigns.

"As a fellow citizen, not as an ex-president".

But Saturday, speaking to about 900 Democratic supporters at the Anaheim Convention Center here, Obama stressed the need for Democrats to win House races.

After the speech, Obama will travel to California and campaign for more than a half-dozen House Democratic candidates at an event in Orange County.

Following his California visit, Obama will travel to OH next Thursday for an event for Richard Cordray, the Democratic gubernatorial candidate in OH, and he is also slated to headline a campaign event in Pennsylvania later this month, and a NY fundraiser for the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, an organization led by former Attorney General Eric Holder, Obama's longtime friend. He also will campaign this month in IL and Pennsylvania and will headline a fundraiser for the National Democratic Redistricting Committee in New York City. But it is widely accepted - and has been reinforced by primary turnout across the country - that Democrats have been revved up since the day after Trump's inauguration.

He's in California trying to help out a group of congressional candidates.

"Former President Obama just offered an eloquent reminder of why Americans made the right choice when they elected President Trump", conservative Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., tweeted.

Noting Trump's efforts to improve relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin while USA intelligence has accused Russia of interfering in the 2016 presidential election, Obama asked, "What happened to the Republican Party?" The outcome will decide control of Congress and three dozen gubernatorial contests. The event officially ended Obama's absence from the campaign trail, a months-long void that has angered some Democrats who believe he is not engaging in a political fight where he could be helpful.

He also excoriated the Republican party.

Obama left office with a 57 percent approval rating, and like most presidents, his standing has only improved since departing the West Wing.
