HBO has dropped the first teaser for the final season of Game of Thrones.

It's set to be epic, according to Vladimir Furdik, who plays the Night King.

The wolf of the House Stark can be seen frozen over so as the dragon which can be assumed as the belonging of House Targaryen. This represents the main conflict between life and death that has driven the series from the beginning, from George R R Martin's novels titled Song of Ice and Fire. There is no film or television show for which I am more excited for than Game of Thrones Season 8, no, not even Star Wars: Episode IX.

As the ice and fire move closer, a few other kingdoms seem to get caught in their destructive path.

Today, showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss appeared alongside Maisie Williams and John Bradley at São Paulo Expo in Brazil, an offshoot of San Diego Comic-Con. One example involves a dramatic scene towards the end of the show's seventh season, which concluded by leaving us with quite a gap to deal with before things pick back up in April for the eighth and final season. The recently released script details show that Tyrion is actually in love with her since Game of Thrones season 6.

Most notably, the lion of Lannister burns up, in an image that evokes the fiery "Loot Train Battle" last season.

"Game of Thrones" returns to HBO in April.

Is it getting chilly in here, or is it just Game of Thrones' latest teaser trailer?
